- Service Providers: Including Kajabi (our platform host), Stripe (payment processor), and analytics tools.

How to make a request
Email privacy@accelerra.io from the email address associated with your account. Include the type of request (access, delete, correct, export, opt out) and any details that help us locate your records. If you don't have an account, send us enough information to reasonably verify your identity.
We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days, as required by applicable US state privacy laws. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, and will notify you if we do.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may ask you to verify your identity directly with us, or provide the agent with written, signed permission to act on your behalf.
Right to appeal
If we decline your request, you may appeal our decision by replying to our response email. We will review the appeal and respond within 60 days. Residents of certain states may also contact their state Attorney General if they disagree with the outcome.
Account deletion
Deletion requests will remove your profile, course progress, and personal information from our active systems. We may retain a minimal record of completed purchases for tax and fraud-prevention purposes, and de-identified or aggregated data that can no longer reasonably be linked to you. Backups are purged on our standard rotation schedule.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure.
9. International Transfers
If you access our Services from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
