1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all individual course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase by emailing support@accelerra.io from the email address used for the purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please include:
- The email address used at checkout;
- The course name or Stripe receipt / order number;
- (Optional) A brief note on what didn't work for you — this helps us improve.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your access to the course will be revoked at the time the refund is processed.
3. Eligibility
Refund requests are eligible if submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
4. Enterprise & Team Licenses
Refunds for enterprise agreements, team licenses, and custom engagements are governed by the terms of the signed order form or master services agreement. If no specific terms apply, the 14-day policy above will apply pro-rata to unused seats.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a concern with a charge, please contact us first — we'll always work to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
